Les kits de vérification et d'étalonnage Raman ont tout ce qui est nécessaire pour standardiser votre système de bioprocédés Raman pour le passage du laboratoire au process. Les kits sont disponibles pour nos optiques multiusages (et à usage unique), la chambre de passage Raman, et la sonde Rxn-46, et d'autres encore. Ne nécessitant aucune alimentation externe, ces outils augmentent l'efficacité et réduisent les temps d'arrêt grâce au déploiement facile sur le terrain. Ces kits peuvent être utilisés sans affecter la stérilisation dans les bioréacteurs ou les fermenteurs au laboratoire ou à usage unique.
Culture cellulaire : glucose, lactate, glutamine, acides aminés, densité cellulaire, titre et plus encore
Fermentation : glycérol, méthanol, éthanol, sorbitol, biomasse et plus encore
En aval : agrégation, cristallisation des protéines, stabilité de la formule, produit CQA, concentration en protéines, excipients tampons
En cours : surveillance analytique dans le perméat
Utilise l'équipement modulaire pour simplifier la standardisation et la vérification des analyseurs Raman, contenu dans un kit pratique tout-en-un
Facilite le transfert d'étalonnage des modèles chimiométriques pour un meilleur passage du laboratoire au process
